The UCI has updated the list of rules on handlebars, helmets and forks.

The rules introduced by the UCI crack down on the use of super narrow bars. he ruling seems to not be well thought out since most current bars would be deemed illegal.

Women and smaller sized riders seem to be left out of the equation since the size limit seems absolute and not based on other factors scuh as the size of the bike or rider.
